Boustead
Unveils Cineleisure Damansara
On
29 March 2005, Boustead Holdings Berhad together with its partner, Cathay
Organisation met the media and its tenants and potential tenants and
unveiled its entertainment and leisure centre, Cineleisure Damansara
in Mutiara Damansara.
The first of its kind in Malaysia, Cineleisure Damansara embraces a highly successful multi-sensory experiential shopping, entertainment and leisure formula conceptualised by Cineleisure International. The
seven levels of Cineleisure Damansara comprise five entertainment and
lifestyle floors, including a 10-cinema multiplex and two levels of
parking with 1000 parking lots. Cineleisure is adjacent to the Curve,
Ikea, Ikano Power Centre and Tesco Hypermarket. |

Developed around a motion picture theme, the focal rotating beacon and other
skillfully positioned illumination on the building façade symbolises
the glitz and glam of the entertainment world. The stunning thematic effects
continue throughout, enveloping the entire building with an ambience that
accentuates an awesome experience to titillate the five senses.

The Day and Night Atriums will offer a fascinating experience that features
special cinematography lighting effects. Linking the two atriums through a
cluster of seamless shop fronts, you can journey through the Walk of the Stars
which pays tribute to the celebrities in the history of motion picture and
the unique Audio Tunnel that is conceptualised to awe your auditory senses
with a host of distinctive digital sound effects taken from the movies.
Other attraction include the state-of-the-art 10 screen multiplex by Cathay Cineplexes which will offer the latest blockbusters, sneak peeks, glitzy premieres and a host of movie events and activities. There are also eateries that will offer an assortment of local and international choices in the comfort of indoors or breezy al fresco.
Designed to appeal to
the young, the uber cool and ultra hip Cineleisure Damansara is set to open
its doors in the fourth quarter of 2005.
