Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd which has a 48-acre shipyard in Lumut, Perak, is involved in designing, constructing, upgrading, repairing and maintaining naval and merchant ships. Boustead Naval Shipyard currently has a contract with Tentera Laut DiRaja Malaysia (Royal Malaysian Navy) for the construction of six offshore patrol vessels.

Boustead Penang Shipyard Sdn Bhd operates from its 40-acre shipyard located at the south-east end of Pulau Jerejak, Penang. The company is mainly involved in shipbuilding, ship repairing, heavy engineering and fabrication.

Boustead Yachts Sdn Bhd operates from its 30-acre shipyard in Langkawi, Kedah. The company specialises in the construction of yachts and luxury yachts as well as support and maintenance of yachts.

PSC Tema Shipyard Ltd operates from its 43.5-acre shipyard adjacent to Port of Tema, Ghana. The company is involved in shipbuilding, ship repairing, heavy engineering and fabrication.

Atlas Defence Technology Sdn Bhd provides through-life-support in all aspects, covering basic procurement, installation and integration, service, repair and spare parts supply.

BHIC Bofors Asia Sdn Bhd provides through life support for Bofors guns in Malaysia and Asia Pacific region that includes spare parts supply, maintenance and training services.
