Berhad is a leading manufacturer of cellulose fibre
cement boards used for wide ranging ceiling and cladding
applications whilst its corrugated sheets are used extensively
for roofing. The Company also produces and markets metal
roofing and cladding sheets. Its wholly-owned subsidiary,
UAC Steel Systems Sdn Bhd manufactures and installs
steel roof truss systems for commercial, residential and
industrial buildings.

is an associate in the Group. The company is a Proton World
International (PWI), Visa International (Visa) and MasterCard
International (MasterCard) certified personalisation centre
for ICC smart cards. The company provides high security personalisation
facilities for the personalisation of ICC smart cards encompassing
IC chip, magnetic stripe encoding, embossing, indent and laser
printing for financial card issuers in
Malaysia.

Shipping Agencies Sdn Bhd started its shipping activities
in 1833. Today, it provides a fully integrated shipping service
encompassing full agency, cargo broking, warehousing, customs
forwarding, NVOCC, freight forwarding, air freight services
and marine survey. Shipping has a network of 17 offices in
Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore and is manned by over 159 experienced
and qualified staff. It has an extensive overseas network
of associated agents in all the five continents. It is also
the General Agents for Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines,
